Members of BBFNSW-ACT since 2005, when their B&B was just a dream and a block of land, Carol and Garry have documented their progress online with simple easy to follow updates and photos.

Every aspect of this project has the appearance of owners who want to 'do it right'.

From the initial creekside plantings (funded by a Hunter Catchment Management Authority grant)  to digging the foundations and building the architect designed B&B which incorporates environmetally friendly options wherever possible.

The website allows for guests to follow their journey, and no doubt when their property is open later this year there will be bookings from people who have been following their progress online.
