Earth Hour 2009 aims to reach more than one billion people in 1000 cities around the world, asking communities, business and governments to switch off the lights at 8.30pm on March 28th, for 1 hour. WWF want this historic, global event to send a strong message to our global leaders that, together, our small actions will represent a global vote for action on climate change.
Involve your guests, buy some candles - they are much more romantic.
Involve your families & your friends, show you care & how to make a difference by switching off your lights at 8:30pm for  one hour.
Involve the kids, explain what your doing and the difference you want to make (ie reduce Green House Gas)  and why ( to make a better world for future generations).

Earth Hour

Hi Robyn,
Thanks for alerting everyone on this.
I have no guests booked yet on the 28th March, and often don't on a Sunday.
However our family will take part. So in our own small way, we can make a statement on reducing gas emissions.
