History of the Association	Bed & Breakfast and Farmstay Association of NSW & ACT Incorporated as it is today has a history dating from the mid 1980s for Farmstay accommodation and the mid 1990s for traditional Bed & Breakfast accommodation.	About Us
Membership Criteria & Fees	Membership is open to persons who own and operate Bed & Breakfast, Farmstay and other eligible Hosted accommodation or are intending to establish businesses in New South Wales and Australian Capital Territory.	How To Join
Code of Practice	BBFNSW-ACT members are required to abide by the Association's Code of Practice which comprises of 3 parts; Essential Prerequisites to Membership, Standards of Customer Care and the Quality Checklist. Compliance to these minimum Industry standards helps to ensure a quality experience for guests.	How To Join
Accommodation Definitions	All members of the Association provide "Hosted Accommodation" ensuring a ...warm welcome ...a special experience. Accommodation Types are grouped into 2 main categories: Traditional B&Bs (Homestays), Farmstays and larger bed and breakfast establishments Self contained with Breakfast OR Fully Self Catering	How To Join
