The new kids at this game & loving it! An attempt to make a bit off the farm in preferrence to working in town, as has happenned every other time the rural economy has bit too hard. Hamer's have been on this block since 1834, and our granchildren are the 7th generation on the same bit of dirt! Been operating the farmstay for 9 months & it is just starting to take off. Just 2 Units & adding a extra bedroom/rumpus room already. Only 10mins from Bathurst & we get a bit of overflow accom from there.
