Sour Dough Breakfast Bake

Description
Make this up the night before for a quick and easy breakfast bake.
Ingredients
- 8 sli sour dough bread
- 200 g grated sharp cheese
- 1 c milk
- 7 eggs
- 3⁄4 t dry mustard
- 3⁄4 t salt
- 700 g diced ham
- each of chopped mushrooms and capsicum
Instructions
1) Spray a 22 x 33 baking dish (approx) with non-stick spray
2) Alternate layres of bread, sheese and ham
3) Add mushrooms and capsicum, if desired
4) Mix the eggs, milk and seasons, pour evenly over layers
5) Cover and refrigerate overnight
6) Uncover in the morning before baking
7) Bake at approx 180 deg. Cel. For approximately 1 hour
8) Garnish with parsley if you prefer
