Description

Old style Lemon Butter Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 lemons
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 100 g sugar
  • 50 g butter or margarine

Instructions

Warm Jars First; Place into Oven
Place grated rind and juice into a saucepan
add egg yolks, sugar and butter/margarine
stir over low heat until thick
pour into jars

Notes

Makes up 2 Jars
