Description

Cole Slaw - One of many thousands of Recipes but with a sweet difference

Ingredients

  • 1 1⁄3 c mayonnaise
  • 3 T white vinegar
  • 2 T granulated sugar + 2 teaspoons
  • 2 T milk
  • 8 c chopped cabbage (1 head)
  • 1⁄2 c shredded carrot
  • 1 c sultanas (optional)
  • salt

Instructions

1. Combine all ingredients except the cabbage and carrots in a large bowl and blend until smooth with an electric mixer.

2. Add cabbage and carrots (Sultanas?) and toss well.

3. Cover and chill overnight in the refrigerator.

Notes


Serves 6 to 8 as a side dish.

 

Flavour develops fully after 24-48 hours in the fridge
