Description

sour cream and prawn rolls with lettuce

Ingredients

  • 8 dinner rolls
  • 16 prawns cut lengthways and peeled
  • 1⁄2 c sour cream
  • 2 T lemon juice
  • 2 T dill leaves, chopped
  • 4 lettuce leaves
  • sea salt to taste
  • black pepper, cracked to taste

Instructions

Put sour cream, lemon juice, dill, salt and pepper in a bowl and stir until mixed.
Slice rolls partway through lengthways.
Spread the inside of the roll with the sour cream mix and top with prawns and lettuce.

Notes

Can be prepared beforehand and refrigerated shortly until used
