Description
Pancakes with Banana and Apple Sauce
Ingredients
- 125 g flour, all purpose
- 10 g sugar, white
- 7 g baking powder
- 2 g salt
- 1 egg, beaten
- 235 ml milk
- 2 T apple sauce
- 1⁄2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 bananas, ripe, mashed
Instructions
- 1. Combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. In a separate bowl, mix together egg, milk, vanilla extract, Apple Sauce and bananas.
- 2. Stir flour mixture into banana mixture; batter will be slightly lumpy.
- 3. Heat a lightly oiled frying pan over medium high heat. Pour or scoop the batter onto the pan, using approximately 1/4 cup for each pancake. Cook until pancakes are golden brown on both sides; serve hot with a small scoop of ice cream.
Notes
You could add some warm Apple Sauce with Cinnamon on top if you desire
