Ingredients

Instructions

Place all ginger nut cookies onto a rounded cup cake tray, heat for 10 minutes in oven.
Take out of oven and with a teaspoon push in centres of the cookies.
When cool, fill with Jam or Lemon spread then top with whipped cream.

Serve for morning or afternoon tea, they will love them.

Notes

Use for desert with icecream and fruit
Serve with desert wine
Or coffee and tea
