I did not find this site very useful for statistics on Bed & Breakfasts or Farmstays specifically, as these are grouped with Accommodation, Cafes and Restaurants, if they are even included at all.

The Food Standards Australia New Zealand (FSANZ) website provides important information on food standards in Australia & New Zealand generally and in particular, the Food Standards Code. This is quite a complex document - downloadable in a series of PDF documents, but all Bed and Breakfast operators should be familiar with the code and its content.
