The Bed & Breakfast and Farmstay Association of NSW & ACT has a strong commitment to protecting the privacy of all people with whom it comes into contact - either casually, via this website, or its members. The Association is aware of the purpose of the Commonwealth of Australia's Privacy Amendment (Private Sector) Act 2000 and the New South Wales Privacy Act and it is the association's policy to meet the relevant requirements of each Act.
